Assembler – 2nd Shift

Summary: Our client, a well-established and family-owned and operated manufacturer, in Stoughton is seeking multiple Assemblers to join their team The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who is reliable and will demonstrate good attendance This is a 2nd shift temp-to-hire opportunity with a schedule of 4:30 pm.to 3:00 am.

The pay rate for this role is $17.00 per hour with the possibility of working mandatory overtime, as needed.

Apply online today Be sure to ask a Recruiter about our Referral Bonus Program Responsibilities: Use various tools to assemble trailers; including but not limited to, hand drill, hammer, needle gun, caulk gun, chisel, disk sander, rivet gun, etc.

Position and fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners Prepare metal surfaces and clean trailer components with solvents Caulk all required trailer seams and joints Perform measurement layouts per blueprints Operate overhead cranes Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to company policy Provide direct assistance to supervisor as needed Maintain organized and safe work area Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training required Must be able to frequently lift up to 10 lbs.
