Equivalent Experience

Aerotek, voted best staffing agency, is actively seeking candidates for an Assembler role with a reputable manufacturing company. This company manufacturers fuel tanks for automotive companies, such as Ford. Qualified candidates will enjoy signing bonuses up to $2000, weekly pay and an opportunity to become a direct hire after 90 days !
1st shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3pm
2nd shift: Monday- Friday 3pm-11pm
3rd shift: Monday- Friday 11pm-7am
50-70hours/week- Sundays, Saturdays & 12 hour shift- must have flexibility to meet OT hours
OT checks
50 hours- $900/week
60 hours- $1100/week
70 hours – $1400/week
Rate: $16.50- $16.85

$2000 signing bonus under 90 day contract
30 days in – $500
60 days in – $500
90 days in – $1000

Typical work day:
Assembling parts for fuel tanks using small hand/power tools- hammers, screw drivers, drills, etc
Working different assembling lines (multitasking)
Standing on feet, actively moving to different assembling lines
Meeting work metrics

Work Environment:
Clean, climate controlled new facility
Loud work environment
Steel toed boots/shoes required
White or grey shirt required

Qualified Candidates:
Able to multi-tasks and/or have automotive assembly experience
Quick leaners- training is hands-on and workers must be able to pick up on tasks fast, as the work environment is fasted paced
Complete Orientation- Tuesdays from 9:30a-4:30pm regardless of shift
Adhere to work attendance policy and cannot miss work within training period (1st 2 weeks)- this can result in termination of contract
