AP Specialist – Construction Industry!

– Friday 8:00 A.M.

– 5:00 P.M.

There is an opening for an AP Specialist due to the current workload and growth of the accounting department.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing 100 invoices/week
– minor entries into both Timberscan and Sage Review compliance in Textura Reconciling all the ap information (import all the info into main software Sage) Enter credit card info/ into Sage Make sure contract amount ties and vendors are set up correctly Upload invoices into Timberscan, this person will code and identify it to right job, route it to the right person for approval Review the check run, send a report to Finance Manager who cuts the checks
Requirements:
2-3+ years of full cycle AP experience Intermediate Excel skills
– importing, tracking logs.

Will not need pivot tables or v look ups.

Construction industry AP experience is a plus but NOT required Degree a plus but NOT required Sage NOT required Timberscan
– NOT required will train on this
