Description:This is an early-career position for a firm that offers a complete range of project delivery methods including general contracting, design/build and construction management.
Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects.
Ultimately responsible for document control, including correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors and field associates.
Assist in managing projects and developing estimates.Responsibilities: Assist project managers and estimators with the following: Project planning and implementation of activities Procurement of labor, materials and equipment Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes Subcontractor coordination Estimating Contracts administration Cost control Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents Sales/customer satisfactionAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience in the construction industry preferredSkills:Construction, Site development, Construction management, Project management About Actalent:Actalent connects passion with purpose.
