o Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks o Review production data to identify areas on non conformance and implement modifications as necessary o Prepare status reports o Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling o Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly o Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards o Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship o Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur o Work independently with moderate supervision Oracle req: 236 Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing/assembly Preferred Skills / Qualifications: o Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools o Visual acuity and manual dexterity o Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment o Good verbal and written communication skills o Good MS Word, Excel and MRP skills o Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct, and Aleron?s strategic partner, SDI) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
