54 Construction is a leading General Contractor that specializes in ground-up, remodel and tenant finish out commercial and industrial construction projects looking to add seasoned project managers / estimators to our team.We are looking for tenured commercial construction professionals to estimate and oversee high-profile construction projects.

Responsibilities include managing the projects from start to finish, including bidding/estimating, creating Microsoft Project schedules, contract management, resource utilization, client and team communication, and budget management.

Our ideal candidates must have at least 5 years bidding and managing multi-million dollar projects in and around Houston Texas.Key personal traits needed to be successful in this position excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, problem-solve, negotiate and ensure the highest levels of quality control.Please DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RECENT COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE.
