– Entry Levelnn nnHours: 10:30pm to 7:00amnn nnPay: 16.77 + shift dif .50 = $17.27nn nn Overview: nn nnThe Machine Operator will work in a high-performance work organization on a cross functional team that utilizes the operator’s ability to perform multiple tasks and work within a team environment.

Operators need to be cooperative and willing to apply their skills and rotate positions on a regular basis to make the team successful.nn nn nn nn Duties & Responsibilities: nn Work safely and follow safety rules and procedures Read, understand, and follow production schedules Process transactions Set up and adjust equipment Gather materials as needed Perform quality checks Operate motorized equipment (ie forklift, lifts, etc) as needed Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required Communicate effectively for flow of product through the plant Perform housekeeping duties Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Wear appropriate personal protective equipment nn nn nn Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: nn Work on a computer Use a Tape Measure, Caliper Use Hand and power tools Basic reading and writing skills Ability to add and subtract fractions and whole numbers, convert fractions to decimals nn Education & Experience: nn A High School Diploma or GED certificate One year of prior manufacturing experience (preferred) nn nn
