Forklift Experience required and we provide paid on-the-job training Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, stand-up order pickers, and other equipment safely and efficiently Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards while ensuring that all work is performed with a consistent sense of efficiency and urgency Work in compliance with all Company, operations, systems, and safety related policies and procedures Hours: Full-time for 1st shift available: Monday – Friday 5am – 2:30pm; 6am – 3:30pm; 7am – 4:30pm Benefits: $16.00/hour PLUS 1.00/hr differential PLUS Achieve bonus potential every two weeks PLUS Premium Incentive potential as follows: – Performance below 80% will not receive premium pay – Performance between 80% – 99.9% will receive $1.50 per hour – Performance between 100% – 119.9% will receive $2.00 per hour – Performance at 120% and above will receive $2.50 per hour Job opportunities with-in the company Casual dress code including shorts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and jeans Now Hiring Warehouse Forklift Drivers: Ability to stand for minimum of 8 hours Lift up to 45 pounds Must be 18 years of age or older Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen required Work with a team where the outdoors is more than a professionIt’s a passion
