Titan Security is currently recruiting for Customer Service / Security Receptionists to work at Willis Tower in the main lobbies.

The schedules for these openings are days and mid shifts (start times between 7am-11am).

Ideal candidates must be available to work any of the seven days of the week.

We are offering a $250.00 sign-on bonus for this position after six (6) months of employment.Responsibilities:Responsibilities of Customer Service / Security Receptionists include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationControl access for patrons, visitors or vendors as requiredMonitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environmentAssist with administrative duties such as answering calls, managing building work order system, and deliveries of meals, packages, etc.Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packagesRespond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security managementOther duties as assignedQualifications:Required Qualifications of Customer Service / Security Receptionists:Must be at least 18 years of age.High School diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements.Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAble to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherPreferred Qualifications of Customer Service / Security Receptionists:1 year experience as a receptionist or in a customer service, hotel front desk, security or administrative assistant position.Bi-lingual considered a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office softwarePay and Benefits for Customer Service / Security Receptionists:Hourly rate of $15.00 $17.00 based on experience$250 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employmentPaid time off and paid holidaysMedical and Dental insuranceOpportunities for career growth and promotionSkills-enhancing trainingEOE/M/F/D/V
