Our client, an investment and development real estate firm in the greater Boston area, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant to join their team for a 3+ month contract assignment. In this role, the Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, greeting residents and prospect residents, filing, copying, and general office work. The ideal candidate must have 1+ years of administrative experience in real estate or a related field, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This role is slated as a 3+ month contract and can compensate up to $17+/hr depending on candidate experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!
