Do you enjoy organization and seeing tasks completed?Then Recover Health is your next Home.OUR MISSION is to create relationships that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and in these unprecedented times, our mission is never more important!The Team Coordinator plays a key role in assisting in the day-to-day tasks of the office and supports both the clinical operations staff and management.Main Responsibilities* Greets and assists clients, employees, and general public when entering office providing excellent client and employee customer service* Demonstrate ICARE in every interaction; every day.* Accountable for the customer, client, physician, community perception of Recover Health.* Establishes and maintains electronic health Records per policy and best practice.* Answer client and employee requests, create staff schedules and prepare client materials* Collaborate with all branches and home office to ensure seamless service coordination between our business and clinical delivery team* Comply with HIPPA and Data Privacy PracticesRequirements* Prior experience in Home Health Care, Acute, or LTC, Medical Assistant or Medical Administrative Assistant experience desired* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills* Prior Scheduling in Home Health Care Experience or LTC Experience a plus* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills* The ability to set priorities and have independent judgment in a high-volume environment* Strong Computer SkillsBenefitsFull-Time Employees (30 hours and greater)* Paid Time Off – Vacation, Sick, Float, and Holidays* Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life, LTD, STD, and supplemental productsAll Employees:* 401K with discretionary match* Unlimited Free CEUS* Scholarship opportunitiesVideo Interviews are available for all positionsSafety for our employees and clients is our priority!
