Summary: The Sales Administrative Assistant schedules appointments for PL, CL, and EB sales executives.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.

Calls and writes to prospects via lists provided.May call and write to brokers regarding placement of business.Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.Obtain prospects information and enters into database.Schedule appointments and follow-up for sales staff to meet prospective customers.Attain first NV Insurance License within 90 days Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Highschool education or equivalent and at least one-year related experience and/or training
