The coordinator organizes and administratively supports the activities of the PES.
The PES coordinator will facilitate the meetings, research, grants management, and goals of the of the program.
Also, he/she will work effectively and compassionately with patient experts, students, clinicians, and researchers who work with the studio.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions) Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree and 2 years related program experience.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with university faculty/staff administration Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI Proficient with database creation and management Strong interpersonal communication skills Organization and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work independently Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the Patient Engagement studio and university faculty and staff Knowledge/Skills/Abilities General knowledge of research processes Knowledge of Administrative and business management principles, practices and procedures.
Knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to administrative/business activities of the organization.
Ability to formulate and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Good organization and time management Proficient with computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to set up functions, enter data, or process information, as well as general word processing, graphics, presentation software.
Ability to plan, schedule and oversee the activities of the studio.
Ability to work independently; as well as ability to work cooperatively with and communicate effectively to studio participants, patients, coworkers, other departments, and other institutions or businesses.
