Our client, a Leading Commercial Real Estate and Investment Firm in NYC, is seeking a Contract Real Estate Services Coordinator.
This is a remote contract role that starts ASAP and will go through the end of September with potential to extend.
Responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to a team Providing customer service to tenants and vendors Answering phones and drafting email correspondence Expense reporting Calendar management and scheduling meetings Preparing lease documents Reaching out for rent collections Qualifications: 1 years of administrative experience, ideally within real estate Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and strong problem solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
