No appointment is needed, customers can just walkin from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.

ConvenientMD clinics always have an experienced provider on site in stateoftheart facilities equipped with digital xray, lab, ECG and IV.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
Interact with patients over the phone in a positive and helpful manner, provide information and assistance as needed
Gather necessary demographic and insurance information from patient to update patient record in the Electronic Medical Record system.
Maintain accuracy of patient chart through virtual registration process
Review the virtual registration column frequently, often toggling between several clinics
Verify insurance eligibility and explain CMD Finacial Policy.
Obtain card on file for all applicable patients
Accurately depict next steps for patient over the phone when finishing registration
Communicate with Medical Receptionist on site for status updates and changes regarding patient registration
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma is required.
Previous medical reception experience is preferred
Ability to interact virtually with teammmates in the clinic and maintain a fast paced environment
Represent the organization with a professional and welcoming tone
REQUIREMENTS:
Consistent & reliable internet access
Personal phone for patient registration use
Ability to go to a nearby clinic every 90 days for password managment
Residence in Maine, New Hampshire or Massachusetts
Flexiblity to work weekends (2-3 weekend days per month)
