Receptionist/Office Coordinator

One of the largest Service Master franchises nationwide is seeking a Receptionist/Office Coordinator. The Receptionist/Office Coordinator provides customer service in all communication with customers, visitors, business partners, management, and staff in a safe manner within strict CDC’s guidelines. Estimates, schedules carpet/rug cleaning jobs. Performs a variety of clerical tasks to support office operations. Attention to detail is a must.

Essential Duties

• Answers all incoming calls, provides basic company information, and transfers calls to the appropriate parties, and routes messages as appropriate.
• Schedules appointments for carpets cleaning.
• Prepares estimates and billing for carpet and rug cleaning based on information provided.
• Utilizes Restore365 a software program for tracking jobs.
• Creates new jobs and maintain insurance information in Restore365 for carpet, water, fire and mold jobs.
• Performs basic clerical functions in support of management and staff.
• Great attention to detail and have the ability to multitask.

Starting salary range is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
