We have a full time opening for a RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK REGISTRATION professional at our Brookline Fertility Clinic.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet patients

Patient registration
– verify and update demographic information

Answer phones and triage calls

Compile Medical Records

Collect co-pays and prepare receipts

Filing, copying, faxing, scanning

Receiving and distributing mail as well as preparing outgoing mail

Assist administrative assistants as needed

Additional clerical duties as needed

Requirements include but are not limited to:

Previous medical office experience

Computer knowledge

Attention to detail

Ability to multitask

Excellent customer service skills
