The ideal candidate has 1 years’ experience as a receptionist, brings a friendly and customer service-oriented disposition and has a “can do” attitude.

About the Role: Answer multi-line phones Distribute incoming calls Take concise handwritten messages for owner Greet clients and visitors Receive deliveries Assist with FedEx and UPS package slips/shipping Sort mail, scan and fax Distribute mail and faxes Organize messenger service, deliveries, mailings Maintain an organized, paper and electronic, filing system Special projects, as assigned This is not a comprehensive list of duties and not all responsibilities will apply to each assignment.
