Receptionist / Director of First Impressions

As a “Director of First Impressions” of NewSouth Window, the ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a positive attitude and dedication to be punctual and ready for the day. We provide a competitive salary and monthly bonuses!Job requirements* Working hours Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm & some weekends Sat. 9am-3pm* Looking to grow with the company* Must be VERY well organized and computer literate!* Answer incoming calls and set sales appointments* Schedule appointment* Email and call to confirm appointment* Confirm all appointments* prepare NOC’s, identify if impact is required, also note if the floors of the home are block or wood frame and email all information to the reps* Review appoints and lead schedule daily* Transfer calls when staff available and send email to staff if unavailable for calls* Update appointment board as needed* Track incoming sales appointments* Take calls for service department and other offices in the building and forward to the individual, if our service staff is unavailable email the service staff & communication specialist and note LP* Greet people that enter the showroom and match them with staff or show them the product, set an appointment if no sales staff is available* Attend open house as needed for support and traffic flow* Collect and distribute mail and packages ingoing and outgoing* Mail out warranties* Mail out post cards* Encourage the sales staff and praise their sales* Update LP on all customer contacts* Track returned NOC’sDrug-Free workplace and Background check are mandatory.
