All County Exteriors, a family-owned and trusted exterior contracting company in Lakewood, NJ, is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Customer Service Rep to join our team.Proven receptionist/customer support experience required (minimum of three years.)Manage high volume of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.Ability to identify and assess customer’s needs.Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.Retrieve homeowner’s information and scope of repair and email to Repair Dept.Make outgoing scheduling calls to customers.Type proposals.Competency using Word, Excel and Outlook a must.MasterBuilder experience a plus but will train.Construction experience is a plus.Full Time – Monday through Friday – 8 a.m.
