Come join our team today Responsibilities: Greets and registers patients Answers and appropriately facilitates phone calls Obtains pre-authorization from insurance companies for outside radiologic procedures/exams Cleans and stocks the site with other members of the team Performs basic medical assisting/occupational medicine technician duties to ensure proper patient flow Responsible for training/coaching new front desk staff on registration processes Minimum Education and Experience: Friendly and outstanding customer service skills Strong critical thinking skills Basic computer skills, including the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Minimum High School degree or equivalent requiredWellNow is an EOE
