Front Desk Receptionist
As a Front Desk Receptionist you are the first-person our customers meet.
You will have the opportunity to present a positive initial meeting and greeting of customers both in person and by phone.
In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist will be the dealerships information specialist to best direct our guests accordingly to accommodate their needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent verbal communication skills, have a warm and outgoing personality as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications.
Essential Job Functions:
Promptly and warmly meet and greet walk in customers while directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department.
Answer incoming calls and communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Notify the salesperson that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson
Prepare loan documents and guide customer through closing process ensuring paperwork is completed correctly.
Assist in title/sales tax work as needed
Assist with filing and organizing dealership paperwork
Distribute mail and coordinate courier pick ups
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Other duties / projects as assigned for the overall benefit of the Dealership
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor is required
· 1+years of general office experience.
· Computer skills in Microsoft Office programs.
· Professional phone skill sets to include internal and external customers.
· Must be polite, professional, energetic and presentable, with strong communication,organization and customer service skills

– $15.00 per hour
