We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our well-established Tax and Accounting firm.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls via multi-line phone system
Scheduling client appointments
Receive and sort incoming mail and handle outgoing mail and parcel shipments.
Scanning client documents and assembling tax returns
Prepare daily deposit summary
In charge of office supply ordering and maintenance
Manage files through scanning, archiving, updating and destroying
Clerical support for Senior Staff
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work with documents in PDF format
Ability to learn firm software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Must have great attention to detail
Must be friendly and have great interpersonal skills
Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in a professional office setting
Previous experience in a CPA accounting office or legal firm preferred
