Our Accounting and Payroll Firm is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
We’re located right on Main Street in American Fork.
Some prior experience in reception, administration, payroll, tax return preparation, and/or bookkeeping with QuickBooks Online is very desired and will get better chance of interview.
Pay DOE.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet walk-in clients, answer phones, monitor admin email account, assist tax, accounting and payroll departments with running reports and putting material together for clients along with other misc.
office tasks.

QuickBooks Online: 1 year (Preferred)
