The Receptionist primary role will be to help create an exceptional experience for the client from the moment they first connect with us. As such, excellent communication, organization, and time management skills are a must.

The specific responsibilities of the Receptionist are detailed below and will include, but are not limited to: *

• Answering all calls and fielding them to the appropriate team member.
• Greeting guests as they enter the showroom and help them connect with the right person.
• Covering the showroom as the salesperson when the Sales Representative is out or is assisting other customers.
• Helping to coordinate and work sales events.
• Assisting retail customers that come into the showroom.
• Coordinating all items after the sale has been made:
• Registering spas for warranty
• Working with the delivery team and communicating with the customer on upcoming delivery and post-delivery items.
• Following up with customer questions and ensuring timely responses are given.
• Any other items that may arise after the sale.
• Helping to oversee receipt and verification of incoming shipments.
• Maintaining inventory database when orders are fulfilled.
• Assisting the Store Manager with projects as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements: _*

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing throughout the showroom.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
