This medical receptionist position allows you to greet patients, provide excellent customer service on the phone, and get patients scheduled for their procedures!Here’s what you’ll do:+ Check patients in and out+ Schedule patient appointments+ Enter data using EHR software+ Answer patient questions or route them to the appropriate contact+ Communicate among a team of medical personnel+ Process copayments and other necessary transactionsHere’s what we’re looking for:+ Great personality and customer service skills!+ At least 1 year of medical receptionist experience+ Experience with EHR software (Greenway is a PLUS!)+ Knowledge of Clearview kiosk system is a plus+ Orthopedic office experience is a plusSkills+ Greeting Customers+ Filing+ Clerical Work+ Payment Acceptance+ Patient Scheduling (1 year of experience is required)+ Patient Care Coordination+ Answering Phones (1 year of experience is required)+ Receptionist Duties (1 year of experience is required)+ Medicare Compliance+ Medical SoftwareEducation+ No Degree RequiredQualifications+ Years of experience: 1 year+ Experience level:ExperiencedShift: FirstWorking hours: 8 AM
