Summary
Primary Duties
Mail Runs, checking Email, Scanning, Printing, Key-ops, for the second one will be more Hospitality, Set up conference rooms, kitchen Runs, AV set up. A successful person would have Catering experience, be able to multitask, and also legal experience in the copy room, have great communication skills and compute friendly. The person will have the opportunity to become perm.
Will be standing and walking, Lifting is Light. Will sometimes have to lift over 50 lbs, but will always have assistance.
Job Requirements:
- Accept incoming mail/packages and prepare outgoing mail/packages
- Distribute all incoming mail and interoffice mail
- Distribute incoming US mail, interoffice mail, certified mail and store mail
- Sort incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
- Dispatch incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Deliver incoming and outgoing mail
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Scanning incoming mail and packages
- Distribute incoming mail and packages
- Receiving incoming mail, sorting mail, delivering and sorting mail to designated mail stops within multiple small to large buildings
- Receiving incoming mail, sorting mail, delivering and sorting mailto
- Preparing outgoing mail for delivery
- Prepare outgoing mail for delivery
- Ensure delivery of outgoing mail
- Deliver incoming mail, packages, and inter office mail
- Prepare outgoing mail for shipping
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Sort incoming mail for distribution
