Receptionist

Our client is in search of a multi-functional team player to add to their staff. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, assisting the sales staff, preparing reports for management and managing the administrative flow of the office.

Requirements:

• All applicants MUST have highly developed communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self motivation and the ability to switch gears quickly are also required.
• Preferred candidates will have a bachelors degree, however, it is not required.
