Receptionist

Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. Salary $13.00 an hour.

This position is the first face of Texoma Community Center/TCC and must be a professional and very personable. Provides front desk coverage to greet individuals and the public, answers phone, schedules appointments, document crisis calls and refer to crisis team. Provides clerical support and assistance to clinicians to assure accurate documentation. Floats to other service locations including Cooke and Fannin Counties as needed in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma supplemented by various Business Courses is required
• Two (2) years? various clerical experience is preferred
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or addiction issues desirable
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
