As the first point of contact, serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks including answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.Responsibilities:1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.3.
