The purpose of the Receptionist is of answering a multi-line phone system while performing a variety of clerical duties and provide support to the Human Resources Department.
Answer incoming multi-line telephone call and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate
Provide information to callers (address, directions and other information when appropriate)
Monitor Outlook and distribute emails appropriately
Greet visitor’s and applicants as they come; determine the nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
Sign for mail (certified mail) Note: All other deliveries shipping & receiving
Perform administrative duties and office support activities (birthdays, mail and filing)
Assist other departments with special projects
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management
Detail oriented
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish required.
