Orthodontic Front Desk Receptionist

Our fun orthodontic practice, Razi Orthodontics, is searching for an individual with a bubbly personality and positive attitude. Our ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

We provide comprehensive training in all aspects of this position, so experience in the orthodontic or dental field is not required, but is definitely helpful. This position is for those who are serious about being in the orthodontic field long-term.

Some of the roles you will have:

• Answering patient phone calls
• Scheduling of patient appointments
• Verification of insurance benefits
• Meet new patients and their families for their initial visit to our practice
• Explain treatment options presented by the doctor
• Present treatment fees and insurance benefits to patients and their families
• Communicate with our referring doctors and their practices
• Marketing/Social Media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
