RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Mortgage Closer in Fairfield, NJ.
Key Tasks: Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements and quality customer service standards relative to preparing loan files closing Communicates with external and internal customers, responding to inquiries, resolve problems Coordinates all aspects of the closing process and ensures that all terms of the sale are met Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent Recent Mortgage Closing: 2 years General Understanding of TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) Experience using Encompass Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
