Medical office experience required.
Covid vaccination required.
Bilingual preferred
Candidate must have a working knowledge of health insurance plans.
Candidate must be able to:
Answer a multi-line phone system, check-in patients, schedule appointments and direct patient inquiries
Verify patient eligibility, understand deductibles, co-insurance and co-pays.
Provide requested estimates and possess a limited understanding of prior authorizations
Discuss account balances, collect and post patient payments
Effectively communicate with patients, clinic staff and referring physicians
Possess a strong attention to detail
Provide exceptional patient service
