We have a client in Woodbury Heights NJ who is looking for a medical receptionist for their Family Medicine Physicians office in Woodbury Heights NJ.

They are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who will treat every patient like family. The medical receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, patient scheduling, referrals and who is familiar with insurance and prior authorization process.

Job Requirements:

• Maintaining patient records and appointments
• Making and verifying patient appointments
• Perform computerized patient scheduling for appointments
• Make follow up appointments for patients and call patients to confirm appointments 
• Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
• Coordinating patient appointments and outside referrals
