law firm serving clients across the Americas, has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant in its Dallas, Texas office.
The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to litigation attorneys and paralegals with a high volume work load.
Job duties include providing assistance with calendaring, expense reporting, file maintenance/organization, record management, e-filing, upload/download of documents, filing and other administrative duties as assigned.
A minimum of 5
– 7 years of experience in a law firm setting is required; litigation multi-state experience is highly preferred.
We require intermediate technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite 2016 (Word, Outlook, Excel and PDF programs), document management software and internet research skills.
Experience with Litigation applications such as Legal Tracker, CompuLaw, CounselLink or Serengeti would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and willingness to learn.
Candidates must also work efficiently under pressure while working in a fast pace and team environment.
