LCS
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for the technology department including the coordination and review of department KPIs and operational reports.
This position will coordinate department wide meetings, assist in the creation of presentation materials for a wide array of internal and external audiences, maintain the document repository for corporate contracts, and serve as a system administrator on various knowledge repositories.
This position will also serve as a backup for procurement functions for the IT department.Experience is Everything; At LCS, experience is everything.

The Role:Maintains a schedule and meeting coordination for department wide meetings and key small group sessionsGathers data monthly to review department KPIs and other operational reports.
Follows up on items where corrective action is needed in a project coordinator capacityMaintains meeting schedule and notes for key IT efforts such as the innovation councilGathers information and creates presentations for IT leaders to present internally and externallyProvides system administration and maintains department information on several knowledge base systemsUpdates IT documentationProvides user training, support and administration for Universal Records Management (URM)Sets up new entities for URM & CherwellContributes/uploads IT documentation and contractsProvides and coordinates user training for URMOrganizes, develops or sources training to meet specific training needsFacilitates learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction virtual training, on-the-job coachingSorts and distributes IT invoices, PO/receipt matching, coding and approval routingClarifies any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signaturesResponds to vendor inquiriesReconciles vendor statements, researches and corrects discrepanciesCoordinates employee PC replacement life cycle (notify, order, asset tracking, disposition)Assist in procurement projects as neededPrepares multiple IT technical services billing for communities via spreadsheetResearches and resolves client inquiries as neededMaintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of suppliesMaintains documentation of department standards, policies, and procedures.Identifies process improvement opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficienciesProvides backup to other department roles as neededAssists with assigned projects related to job responsibilitiesExperience:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience2-4 years of related work experience requiredAbility to work well with cross-functional teams Knowledge & Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel via verbal and written communications.Strong customer service, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.)Desire to learn data reporting tools and processesAbility to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize work schedules, and complete tasks by desired due dates.Excellent presentation skills to enable delivery of high quality training in both 1 to 1 and group training up to 20 users.Ability to create presentations suitable for board level deliveryResponsible for adhering to data security of sensitive information.Self-starter, ability to take charge and achieve success with minimal supervision.Why LCS?Industry leader.
