Provide administrative assistance to the Manager of Mental Health Services.
Attend to routine office activities to promote efficient daily operation of counseling clinic and to provide quality customer service Maintain scheduling for mental health services and outpatient services clinic to facilitate an efficient, smooth-flowing process Schedule office/department activities to expedite effective meeting and appointment processes Coordinate clinic operations to ensure continuity of clerical services and adherence to quality standards QualificationsRequired Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year freedom from problematic substance use (required in MN) Preferred Qualifications: Vocational or technical training At least 3 years directly related experience Prior experience with scheduling for healthcare PI
