General Office Clerk

Job Title: Provider Data Representative Location: Denison , TX, 75020 Duration: 12 months (Ext based on Clients need) Duties: Candidates must have high speed internet (not satellite) at home and be willing to work from home using that internet.

The Provider Services Representative position is an entry-level position in the National Contracting Unit that supports the department with clerical work and data entry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following) Opening, assessing, scanning and entering incoming mail, email and faxes.

Outreach to Providers to obtain required documentation and additional information when needed.

Setting up new applications, entering notes Delivery of faxes via email.

Assigning scanned documents to correct file.

Handling, distribution of emails.

Provide customer service and support to Dental providers, and other internal departments.

Performs other duties as assigned.
