A part time medical assistant/front desk receptionist job is open in our growing Nephrology practice.
We are looking for a friendly and pleasant personality, with conversation skills over the phone as well as in person.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Candidate should demonstrate strong work ethics, team spirit, and motivation.
Job description: (includes but not limited to)
Greeting and checking in patients, verifying their insurance, navigating through EMR to register and schedule/re schedule/cancel patient appointments, reconcile co-payments, checking out patients, taking messages for doctors and nurse practitioners.
Taking vital signs, rooming patients for their visits on as needed basis.
