The Receptionist is a key member of the team and will be the first point of contact.

This position will perform a wide range of administrative support to facilitate the organization’s efficient operation.

When welcoming guests and answering incoming calls, this role requires effective communication and high energy with the ability to exercise independent judgment in alignment with organizational goals.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
We are extremely customer service-based and are looking for people who can go above and beyond with our clients.

We are looking for a mature professional career-minded candidate who has a warm and caring personality for a Receptionist position
Directly assist office staff with daily administrative tasks, compliance, and documentation.

Client/Prospect Follow Up day after the appointment.
First face the client or prospect sees
– welcome them, greet them, seat them, provide beverage/water as needed.
Prep client review documents following detailed instructions given.
Compile, file, and complete client profiles.
Effectively support inter-office teams.
Meticulous management of CRM and systems tracking

KEY COMPETENCIES
Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and coach team members
Success selecting and evaluating team members with a focus on building relationships
Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
Strong computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows, Google Suite
Ability to think critically, in the assessment of materials that will help team understand new concepts and procedures
Outstanding organization and administrative accountability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read, interpret, and create documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and written correspondence
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or High School Diploma required
BS in Business (Preferred)
Minimum (1) year of receptionist experience
Current State Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record required
Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00
– $19.00 per hour
