Zuliani Facial Aesthetics is looking for an energetic, customer-service focused team player to join our Plastic Surgery Practice & Medical Spa. The hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am-5pm, and Wednesday from 9:30am-6pm. This is an extremely high-touch customer service position. The ideal candidate is dependable, a positive communicator with a strong degree of self-motivation, and a strong a sense of urgency. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced receptionist and/or aesthetician.
Primary responsibilities are answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in/out patients, and product & service sales. This position also involves thorough knowledge of aesthetic procedures and products as well as ensuring clients have an amazing overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to team financial, operational and customer service goals.
- Adheres to and enforces proper sales techniques, practice policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for front desk operations, sales, and service including opening and closing the practice and keeping the appearance of the practice inviting.
- Assists in administrative tasks including maintaining accurate patient electronic records.
- Assists in maintenance and cleanliness of facility including keeping the practice fully stocked and well organized.
- Maintains expert knowledge of practice product lines and services in order to provide accurate information to patients and spa clients.
- Assists clients with general and specialized product and service questions.
- Utilizes computers, EMA, and PatientNow with skill and proficiency.
- Communicates effectively with the team and Dr. Zuliani.
- Answers phone calls, addresses client questions, and speaks with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Addresses and troubleshoots customer concerns and complaints.
- Checks-in and checks-out patients in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Accurately books, changes and cancels practice appointments.
- Provides assistance to providers as needed especially in regards to readying rooms, and keeping appointments running on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of front desk experience in a retail, medical practice, or customer service environment.
- Strong sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment as well as be detail-oriented.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients on packages, specials, practice policies and procedures as well as with physicians/management regarding practice operations.
- Strong computer and typing skills including fluency in word, excel, email. EMA and PatientNow experience a plus.
- Knowledge of skin care products and the medical practice industry.
- An aesthetics license is also a plus.
