What youll do?
(Responsibilities) Greet guests and answer the phone Book and pre-book appointments.
Make product recommendations and promote retail products to guests Up sell salon services and product Opening Duties including preparing equipment for services Assist barbers and stylists with cleaning in between services Sanitize front-desk area and customer seating area Restock and record inventory daily Attend weekly sales training Ensure efficient salon operations by assisting with laundry and addressing other day-to-day back-of-the-house responsibilities.
Maintain a neat salon environment, including the entrance hall, reception area, Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment Making calls to retain clients What youll bring?
(Requirements) At least 21 years old 1 year experience in sales preferred, but not required 1 year experience in customer service Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to initiate a conversation Ability to work well with a team and individually Availability to work nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work a POS system including various forms of payments : Cash, credit , and debit Knowledge of using Services booking programs preferred, but not required Maintain professional appearance that reflects the brand image Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00
