Primary Duties
-Vendor interaction
Provide administrative support to President and Estimating team.
Manage and maintain the President’s schedule, including the coordination of meetings.
Following established procedures, perform various routine and non-routine administrative, clerical, and data collection tasks for the supervisor.
Scan, fax, and bind documents, reports, and proposals as required.
Submit prequalification packages to different clients.
Distribute reports as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Prepare general correspondence and maintain files.
Answer telephone, take and relay messages, screen callers, and direct calls accordingly.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
Initiate service requests.
Maintain an organized workspace by keeping documents and supplies stored.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Organize all travel and accommodations.
Attend office visitors.
Assist with various ad-hoc tasks for the team; this includes troubleshooting issues with office equipment or facility requests, handling inventory of supply stock, and ensuring all workstations are fully functional.
Assist and prepare documents at bid day.

Aviation and/or project management experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
