Data Entry Clerk – Engineering Department

– $15.00 an hour Summery: Responsible for inputting information from a variety of sources into a computer database while under the general supervision of the Production Engineering Manager.

Essential Duties:
– Ability to read and understand work tickets and some knowledge of engineer drawings.

– Operate keyboard, scanner or other data entry device to enter into computer.

– Accurately enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer.

– May compile, sort and verify accuracy of data to be entered.

– Type rapidly and accurately ( both numerical and text data.).

– Perform other duties/task as assigned.

– Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook.

– Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
