Immediate opportunity for a Full-Time CSR / Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to adhere to the GBC Way

This is a full time position
– 40 hours per week.
Some overtime may be required during fall busy season.
Responsibilities:
· Answering and routing phone calls.
· Learning proprietary online ordering software and assisting customers.
· Administrative support to office staff.
· Filing, photocopying, electronic document management, emailing, sending/distributing mail.
Qualifications:
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
· High School diploma.
Some higher education desired
· Office administration background
– with at least 2 years experience
