CUSTOMER SERVICE/CLINICAL DATA REPORTING SPECIALIST MELVILLE,NY A n international life sciences company which provides a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries is currently hiring Clinical Data Reporting Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Outgoing and Incoming phone support for all customers in a call center atmosphere Communicating w/ client physician about data needed
– Medical codes and reporting physician information Obtaining missing patient information (demographic, clinical, or insurance) via phone and updating in database Processing of reports
– checking for accuracy of laboratory reports Other duties, as assigned The ideal candidate would possess: Strong computer, customer service and organizational skills Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Basic Minimum Qualifications: Certificate or Associate’s degree in Administrative Assistance, Medical Secretary, or related area preferred 0
