Concierge / Receptionist – Casual Positions!

Starting Salary: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour

A Successful “Concierge” has the following:
- Caring and compassionate attitude with true concern for people
- Strong customer service focus; ability to work discreetly in resident and guest areas
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to multitask and answer multi-line phone system
Responsibilities:
- Great, assist, and provide customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff
- Maintain cleanliness of front lobby and order administrative/general supplies, schedule maintenance of copier/printer in timely manner
- Assist management team with administrative scheduling duties: meetings, trainings, interviews, and new hire orientations
- Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines

- Upon receiving the job offer, review job description, and complete new-hire tasks and online paperwork (via the Paycom application)
- Receive uniform, name badge, keys, and tour of the community
- Complete New-Hire Orientation, CBRF classes (as needed), and customer service training
- Receive continuous training from executive chef and sous chef and as you continue to provide exceptional customer service to our residents
