Clerical Disbursement Analyst

As a Clerical Disbursement Analyst at EPIQ you will be responsible for reporting project status and issue resolution to Disbursements Team managers and Project Manager and clients as applicable.

Primary responsibilities include: Analyze accounts and data for accuracy, run queries, prepare a variety of reports Research and Investigate discrepancies Submit applications and manage process for tax identification numbers to state and federal agencies Maintain Client and Correspondence files Daily recording of time in company timekeeping system Preferred Qualifications: Basic Accounting Principles Attention to Detail and Organization Strong Technical and excellent Computer Skills (MS office) Associate degree with Accounting strongly preferred; or some college classes with 2-4 years related office experience and or training; equivalent combination of education and experience considered The starting pay rate for Clerical Disbursement Analyst jobs is $19.00/hr, plus overtime as needed.

This position is day shift, Monday
– Friday.
