is hiring a Receptionist.
This position is responsible for operating the company’s computer console and performing receptionist duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, including answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, receiving deliveries, and performing various clerical assignments.
The Receptionist must communicate effectively with customers via telephone to identify needs and route callers to appropriate department/individual.
Other duties include greeting visitors, sorting and distributing mail, accepting deliveries and performing a variety of clerical functions.
We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of two years’ computer console operating and receptionist experience.Requirements:* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and inter-personal skills.* Courteous, professional demeanor.* Proficient computer and administrative skills.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate tasks with competing demands.* Ability to operate computer console system; able to handle high volume calls.* Able to work independently and exercise good judgement.* Must be able to work additional hours as needed to meet customer demand.
Must meet physical requirements for the job, including the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Able to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 20 pounds in weight.
